Ero Liivik, lawyer in Tallinn
Ero Liivik graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2000 and regularly takes further training in dispute resolution and civil law. From 2019 to 2020 he worked as a lawyer at the Iuring law office, and since 2020 he has worked at Erovik Law Office.

How Ero works
Ero’s approach is practical dispute management with close attention to cost. He gives you an honest assessment: if a claim is weak or hopeless, or a settlement would serve you better, he says so. The goal is a reasonable result, not prolonging litigation.
Scope, the desired result and the price are agreed before work starts. Work is done in clear stages, and you know what each stage costs before it begins. You can also order just one document or one procedural stage without full representation.
A direct client relationship
We work directly with the client whose matter it is. We do not accept instructions through intermediaries, or arrangements where the person placing the order, the actual client and the payer are different parties. This keeps responsibility and communication clear.
Languages and scope
Our working languages are Estonian and English. We advise only on Estonian law; in cross-border matters, we handle the part that concerns Estonia. We work with private individuals and companies anywhere in Estonia.
In civil cases before the Estonian county and circuit courts, a party may be represented by an advocate or by another person with the legal qualification required by § 218 of the Code of Civil Procedure (TsMS); different rules apply in the Supreme Court.
Practice areas
- Debt collection – unpaid invoices and other payment obligations.
- Court disputes – contract disputes, damage claims, suing or defending a claim.
- Employment law – advice for both employers and employees.
- Real estate disputes – defects, sale contracts, co-ownership.
